Stayed twice over the course of a week, 2 different rooms. Overall a great location right in the heart of Aspen, but the negative is that you will have some noise outside later in the evenings. Rooms are basic but quite clean and with some nice character. Breakfast is basic but appreciated, as everything in town is expensive.

Location is great, walk distance from the gondola, restaurants and shopping area. The hotel room was well maintained. Breakfast was bad(Motel 6 quality) for the price it was a shame, and no parking! Finding parking in Aspen downtown is painful. We were fined $100 for parking at Aspen St “near” a do-not-park sign, our car barely touched the no-parking zone.

Prime location , our room was small but workable for three people. Staff was pleasant and helpful, Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Steps from transport hub and Ajax gondola , and very central within Aspen village , very short walk to many restaurants and shops. Overall great stay.

It was LOUD. Not sure if it was because it's summer and people outside, but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a music venue. Plus the alley way is next to hotel and could hear the garbage trucks early morning. Didn't sleep at all! Parking is terrible. Had to TRY to find parking along designated areas with a permit. Parked about five blocks away. The positive is it's an excellent location, walkable to everything.
