Enjoy sophisticated decor and an unbelievable riverfront location in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath top floor unit.

The Living Room has new walls and lighting and boasts a large 42' HDTV (cable and DVD player) and wood burning fireplace.
The new Kitchen features heated floors, high quality stainless steel appliances, an Infra-red Range and new walls and paint.
Hardwood doors and trim and luxury hardware.
Wall mounted flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
New bathrooms feature new tile throughout, all brand new fixtures, steam shower and heated floors.

High grade leather furniture is found throughout the unit, and the bedrooms feature quality bedding and high thread count sheets.
The bedrooms are set with a King in the primary bedroom, 2 twins in the middle bedroom and a twin/full bunk in the third bedroom. This bed is rated for adult use on both beds but is also great for families with kids!

Only 3 blocks (5 minutes) from the Silver Queen Gondola (Aspen Mountain) in downtown Aspen. Beautiful, Private Riverfront setting provides a quiet retreat, just a few minutes walk from all Aspen has to offer. A Free skier shuttle bus stops onsite, providing the option for door to door service with the Aspen Mountain Gondola.

This is a great opportunity to stay in downtown Aspen for a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. Don't let this pass you by, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay on the River

Location was perfect, right next to the river with easy access to trails and the John Denver Sanctuary, walking distance to town, shops, and restaurants!The place was immaculate, with fantastic amenities and comforts. Definitely a home away from home.Thanks Brian!

Nice Condo Great Location

The condo was very clean in a nice location and matched the photos in the listing. Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Also, the condo is on the third floor of the building with no elevator so if you have a lot of gear to haul up you should be aware of this fact.

Great location in Aspen!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, and the location was super convenient to the base of Ajax and City Market. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Close to downtown. Right next to free bus stop that can take you anywhere on the 4 mountains. Host was extremely accommodating.

Excellent place in Aspen!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family. The location is close to town (5 minute walk). The host was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. The place is clean and well stocked. Everything was really great. Will book again.

Ideal place to stay when in Aspen

Our stay at the unit was great! Brian’s attentiveness to every detail and request was immediate and unsurpassed. You can tell he cares about his guests’ experiences. The location of the unit was ideal to the town, a short 10 mn walk from the action. The unit was remodeled and is in great condition. We would stay there anytime! Thank you Brian!

Clean, Very nice place, and a PM with a quick response time

Nice place with mountain views and sounds of the creek. The property manager, "Brian" was quick to respond to our cries of no sponge and no coffee filters (it is debatable if the coffee machine could have been run without filters). In Brian's defense, the usual cleaning lady was out with the birth of her granddaughter so I expect this was a one-time deal. Overall, great experience and we would rent again.

Great Stay Again!

This is our second year at Chateau Roaring Fork, in this same unit. Great location, Roaring Fork river in the backyard is idyllic. Walk or east bike to town, and Brian the property manager is great. We ran out of propane for the grill, and it was replaced rapidly with no issues! Thanks again

Great Stay!

Overall, a great property, as advertised. The only issue was the internet, which was not working for part of the stay. Spoke with property manager who informed me that this was a building-wide issue that was being addressed in the near future. Other than this issue, no complaints and had a great time staying here duringm y trip to Aspen

Cozy, clean, fully appointed chalet-style condo

Overall great rental! The location was very close (easily walkable) to all the essentials & famous Aspen entertainment/hospitality. Balcony over the river provided tranquility & privacy! Not having an elevator was the only single concern some folks might have, but easily outweighed by being on the 3rd floor with those beautiful beamed, vaulted ceilings & Mountain View’s! Tastefully remodeled baths & kitchen were in perfect shape, the later having all conceivable necessities to prepare full family meals. The unit became as comfortable as our home in a matter of days!! The amenities, especially the steam shower & huge outdoor jacuzzi were perfect after amazing days skiing, while rare in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient! Brian & his entire team were A+ from reservations, suggestions, assistance, cleaning (Abigail & team are spectacular & came daily to quickly tidy up) & the single unforeseen shower head repair that was seemingly magically resolved by the time we returned home! Great overall experience & already rebooked for next year & hopefully more!! This is a great property!

Cute, quiet property

Lovely updated condo. We enjoyed our stay and especially sitting on the balcony listening to the river below. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the grocery store was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, Great location

Chateau Roaring fork was just right, in the right location, easy access, pool was great, and the property manager was very easy and responsive to deal with. even had a box fan and humidifier in each closet for the nights it got hot! I would recommend this condo!
