Welcome to 1180 Dale Avenue! Steps away from the Roaring Fork river and downtown Aspen. Walk through the private front gate into a zen, open courtyard complete with a stainless steel hot tub, grill, cabana, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open right into this stunning home. Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor living space perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying any of the numerous amenities in privacy. Inside, the home is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, luxurious furnishings, a gym, gas fireplaces, Japanese soaking tub, Central A/C and a 1-car garage. The large primary suite is complete with a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and desk/ workspace. The second bedroom also has a large closet, en suite bathroom and desk as well, while the 3rd bedroom and gym are part of a shared flex space with Queen Sleeper Sofa, closet space and partial diving wall for added privacy.
