"Let's be clear, This is a Hotel clearly that caters
For its French Guests. The staff, in particular the animation team largely only bother with the French. This wasn't really an issue for us but it was more than obvious. Even the guy cooking the eggs would just tell us to take our eggs from the precooked ones and then cook fresh for The French.
The hotel is nice but nowhere near a 5 star, I would have to say 3 to 4 at best. The rooms are nice, beds comfy, nice big tv but nothing to equate to 5 star.
The reception staff were all very polite and helpful and checking in was a breeze. A welcome drink wouldn't have gone a miss though. The drinks in the All inclusive package were mixed, some of the spirits were good brands, but then others you had to pay for. The food wasn't to our taste, lots of pork or chicken. I have to say we were a party of six and we all agreed we wouldn't return."
