"Wow, just the best , super friendly , and super hotel 24 hour room service was excellent Abou and Cinque and Busie names that I remember were exceptionally kind and attentive ( my apologies if I didn’t spell names correctly ) but everybody was great. I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony and the room was comfortable i didnt get to the roof top pool but I heard it was awesome. The little pizza places at the bar was really good . "At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by"

"The hotel has an amazing vintage architecture. The building is amazing however it needs a some tlc. The reception ladies are great, they made me feel welcomed specially that it was my first time in Durban. The security guards was really good, very welcoming as well. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a nice sea view and it's very quiet, you get to relax.Just wish they could just could take case of the building outside, it really need some work. "
