"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not stay here especially with young kids. Very unclean and horrible customer service. My sister and I were set to stay for 4 days and felt like the pictures online seemed ok. We arrived late at night after driving over 8 hours and checked into the first room that smelled so badly of mold we could not stay with our two young kids. "We had a nice, large, clean room. Convenient parking area near our room. When we informed the front desk of a problem with our bathroom sink, they had it fixed within an hour."

"Comfortable bed, breakfast was good, friendly and helpful staff, great gift shop in the lobby, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. Ice machine was convenient to our room. Thankfully a younger guest offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs. I was a little nervous about that but it all worked out. Guests respected the quiet hours. Delicious complimentary sweets at the check in desk were an unexpected treat too! We also loved the closeness of the motel to the entrance to the refuge. ...

"The location was wonderful and it had great potential unfortunately we could not use the patio and chairs because they were covered with bird poop. We recommended that they pulled those items back under the covering in the future so that they’re usable. In addition we had no hot water that’s right no hot water for bathing and such so you can imagine why this rating is low. Furthermore, we tried to get help talk with the manager in order to reconcile the situation and he was trying to charge us...

"The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The building is very out dated. Carpet was torn and dirty. Huge gap in the door so bugs etc can get in. Poop was clean and loved the free coffee and danish each day at the shop next door."
