"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details. "Leider ist die Unterkunft unauffinbar wir standen in der Pampa vor einem geschlossenen Eisentor. Der Garten sah verwahrlost aus und Haus haben wir keines gesehen. So sind wir wieder abgefahren, da wir auch keine Telefonnummer gefunden haben. Schade ums Geld."

"Spiders/bugs in room. Dust everywhere. Cleaners throw away your clothes if you leave them in the bathroom. The pictures don't depict the true reality of this property: they've been photoshopped. Ceilings and walls are thin so you can hear the people upstairs dropping things on the floor constantly. Drunk people coming into the property/neighbors properties at 3am drunk. 0/10 would not recommend"

"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me. "Right downtown"

"many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

"Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again "

"This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "
