Cozy, pieceful and clean flat with amazing scenary

This year was the 4th time when we use this flat and I am sure that is not going to be the last time! It has great location - high in the mountain with spectalular view. It is so quite, peaceful and relaxing.. and of course skiing is very easy - either using the two slopes in the back of the house - or taking a 15 minute drive to Lienz (Zettersfeld). Most importanly, the welcoming hospitality of the owners - Stefan and Astrid Duregger - makes us feel at home. We highly recommend it! Vassilev's family

Einfach wunderschön

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Assling. Es gibt tolle Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist das i-Tüpfelchem für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft, mit Bergpanorama auf der Terrasse zu essen ist schon Urlaub pur. Es gab alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Und dazu noch sehr freundliche Vermieter, was will man mehr? Wir kommen bald wieder.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung - absolut empfehlenswert

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – ein echter Wohlfühlort. Die Ausstattung war top – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter: Sie haben uns sogar ein Babybett extra bereitgestellt und für unser Kind gab es Spielzeug vor Ort. Als besonderes Highlight wartete bei der Ankunft eine Flasche leckerer Wein auf uns, und ein besonderes Extra: Für den gesamten Aufenthalt gab es Freikarten für den Wildpark in Assling, was besonders für unsere Kinder ein Highlight war. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Wunderschöner Winterurlaub

Nach einem tollen Sommerurlaub vor ein paar Jahren waren wir nun über Weihnachten hier.Wie auch beim letzen Mal haben wir die Gastfreundschaft und den grandiosen Ausblick sehr genossen. Vor allem auch die Ruhe auf der sonnigen Bank vorm Haus war Balsam für die Seele.Astrid und Stefan waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß auf der Rodelbahn, der Lienzer Adventsmarkt war nett. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Osttirol von ganz oben

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war durchweg gut und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten, in denen wir wunderbar geschlafen habe. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und einladend, und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung waren wirklich toll. Der Blick von der Terasse war einfach überwältigend. Insgesamt eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Super schöner Bergblick

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen fantastischen Bergblick und liegt auf ca. 1500 Metern. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben die Vermieter-Familie über uns nur ganz selten gehört. In der Region gibt es viel zu entdecken. In der FeWo liegen auch diverse Broschüren aus. Nach Lienz ist es nicht weit.

Wir 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (16,14, 5) waren 1 Woche in dieser wundervollen Ferienwohnung. Auch das Zustellbett war sehr bequem. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Familie Duregger war sehr freundlich und beantwortete uns alle Fragen. Preis,- Leistung ist unschlagbar. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Bei starken Schneefall war die Straße, bis den Berg hinunter zur Hauptstraße,früh 7 uhr geräumt und befahrbar. Gerne kommen wieder, alle waren Begeistert. Liebe Grüße Familie Uhlig

Schönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Wir hatten hier eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Mitten in den Bergen kommt man zur Ruhe. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und nichts fehlte. Das traumhafte Bergpanorama zeigte sich stündlich in neuem Gewand. Ein Träumchen.

Urlaub hoch oben

Unsere Ferienwohnung war auf ca. 1400 m von wo wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge hatten. Es gibt viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung von ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit und im ca. 15 Minuten entfernten Lienz bekommt man alles, damit man hoch oben gut versorgt ist. Die Gastfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Lage mitten auf dem Berg. Um das Haus herum Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren gehen. Toller Ausblick. Sehr sauber. Problemloser Check In. Wir haben es genossen auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat.
