"We booked for 6 people but neither bed settee was made up. We eventually found some duvets and pillows but no clean sheets so opened a packet of new sheets we found in a room in the basement. The same with towels.The washing machine was on with a load of washing in it full of water. There was a pile of dirty bedding in a room in the basement. There were no instructions in the flat at all .The lights and other electrical systems were ridiculously complicated. Also no instructions about hot water...

"We loved our stay at the Forest House. It was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was great to have such a large fridge and the air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated. Robert was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would love to come back!"
