"What an incredible place! Situated just beneath the city of Paterno but in the beautiful and quiet country you have an amazing view of the Etna. "This property is beautiful. Rural. The people are really wonderful. Gated country house. The room was simple but very nice. Two or three seating areas inside and outside well appointed. Mattress and linens extremely comfortable. Great sleep until - roosters and cowbells(? lol) Pool area was great and the patio area is lovely. It’s very peaceful and quiet and after Palermo was wonderfully refreshing. You can walk around the farm/gardens. We had the 4 course dinner with local wine and it was very good. Authentic Italian cooking, served in a beautiful room overlooking garden. Soft piano music. And nice not to have to fight crowds. I really recommend this hotel & the dinner. "
