Our room, the property, the staff and the breakfast were great. Parking very easy. The staff was wonderful refunding our breakfast on the last day because the power was out and they couldn't make it for us. The only negative is that you can't drink the tap water. Beautiful Tuscan Villa with pool amongst the vineyards and olive trees.
A wonderful stay. The house is huge with plenty of individual space if you are travelling with a group. A short walk to the beach that is perfect for swimming.
