"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv, old port district. We spent four days the rooms are great, but best of all are the staff- friendly, helpful, and going out of their way to make your stay in Tel Aviv a great one! "

"It was very interesting to stay there at the beginning of the war, but they were understanding and they cared about people safety. They didn’t give any deal since we were stuck, but I asked anyway I stayed one extra night and then found a place that was cheaper."
A pleasant and comfortable residential neighborhood

"Good news: fresh cucs/tomatoes/yogurt in refrigerator on my arrival; can of Elite instant coffee available; great bed for sleeping; nice locationBad news: unit smelled like cigarettes (cig box in drawer in bedroom); kitchen faucet loose / not cemented in; lockbox on arrival didn't well; hairdryer had the wrong plug, so did not work; shower curtain attachment detached from the wall mid-stay; and...1.5-2-inch COCKROACHES in all areas in unitWorse news: host was poorly responsive to my texts to her about all these problems (esp about the cockroaches, to which the response was "It's a universal problem in the city. They are supposed to spray the city at the beginning of each month, & havent sprayed yet.""
"This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center."
"Special thanks to the staff - Svetlana, Olga, Alena and a front receptionist Shaily (hope I spell her name right) - thank you for making our stay fill like home. Thank you for the explaining how to get around the town!"
"The hotel’s description promised a "comforting indulgence," but unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with these expectations. On the night of the 3rd of September, a loud screeching noise from the air-conditioning unit kept me awake, which was particularly disappointing after already changing rooms due to similar issues.
Additionally, I noticed mold in the bathroom, a persistent leak outside the room, and neither room I stayed in had a bath plug, making the bath unusable. These issues detracted from the comfort that was advertised.
The most distressing incident occurred when I accidentally got locked in the bathroom during the night, without my phone, and had to wait about 10 minutes to free myself. At checkout, the staff kindly asked if I had been contacted about another room change following my complaint to Expedia, but no one had reached out to me. Given the short duration of my stay, it wouldn’t have been worth moving rooms again.
While the staff were friendly and tried to assist, my stay was far from the "comforting indulgence" described. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced.
Please note that I have photo evidence of the issues mentioned and can provide them if needed."
