This hotel is a gem. Friendly, helpful staff, a great gym, good breakfast, and nice rooms. I will visit them again when I'm next in Astana.

Nice staff, very comfortable bed, nice shower. Only issues were the breakfast not being good, and the curtains in the room weren’t big enough to cover the windows.

Small boutique hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Easy transportation with taxis to conference center, restaurants, and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Astana

In general it is a good new hotel, however I think it’s overpriced. There was a strong smell of sewerage in the shower and ventilation didn’t work. Another strange thing that guests should pay attention to when booking on Expedia is that the actual hotel address doesn’t match it’s location on the website map. I didn’t notice that when I was looking for the hotel near the place I planned to visit and I had to go by taxi back and forward another 6 km (half an hour drive) every day instead walking there as initially planned. Also they don’t have alcohol there not in rooms nor in their restaurant.
