"Staff were very pleasant and helpful!! Hotel is clean and modern. Nice lounge area. The room was a decent size. Nice little room on the 4th floor with coffee and pastries for the guests. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely recommend! Also recommend the restaurant just across the street..little Lahore. Best Pakistani food! Service excellent and reasonably priced. "An amazing hotel, the service was perfect and an unexpected upgrade really appreciated. Our room was lovely, beautiful and clean and the little extras (chocolate and champagne) really appreciated, (also don’t forget to look in the fridge which is ‘hidden’ in the wardrobe!) Bathroom was spacious and had lovely products and thick luxurious towels. Staff were so friendly and full of advice and tips, they made you feel special and welcomed. However breakfast was a little underwhelming, cooked options not to my taste, it may have been better to offer a selection of breakfast items to choose from, also (and I’ve seen this in other reviews), the continental breakfast area is very tight, it would be better for the Store to extend this and have the continental items separate to the tea and coffee making machines - it gets a little crowded! "
