"We were very pleased with the house and all the available amenities. There was something for everyone to do outdoors from the kayaks, canoes, pizza oven, bbq grill, hot tub, corn hole, etc. There was plenty of room indoors, and we especially enjoyed the ping pong table. Would definitely stay again."

"We came into town for a golf tournament at the local course. Great house for a group of friends. Only thing that was mentioned was the shower in the master bedroom had very little water pressure. Great stay."

"The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot."

"This home accommodated extended family very well. I do wish that we had been given a map of walking paths in the neighborhood and how to connect with Gearhart proper. Guidelines for hot tub use were given, however, no direction for how we ought to leave the property upon departure so we removed linens from beds and did one load of towels in the W & D. This home could use a deep cleaning. We all appreciated the home and were comfortable."

"The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better."
