"My girlfriend and I stayed 2 weeks, and this resort is my favorite place in the world. The people that work here are so nice, food is amazing, you can get snacks/drinks anytime 24/7, the WiFi works well (I worked remotely here for 2 weeks). Beautiful views. Our bartenders Manolis and Christo and Maria and everyone would go far out of their way to do you favors. Amazing drinks. It’s the perfect amount of bougie-ness for the price. We stayed in a suite with a balcony overlooking the water and it was super cheap for what we paid. They sometimes have live music and Tomahawk steaks!!! Wow. I love it here. The little town to the west is super cute. "

"On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels."

"Domes Zeen was a stunning property. We loved our large room and private patio. We could enjoy the lovely pool, or meander down to the ocean. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accessible. Excellent food and refreshing spritz cocktails. I can't wait to go back someday!"

"This was our third stay at this hotel. We come each year because it is the best hotel in the Chania area. Great service, facilities, food, location and, for us, adults only. We will return once again next year."

"The place was beautiful and our room was spotless. The view of the Chania water front from our balcony was the best. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. If available you can request a parking spot in the garage for nominal fee. Also walking distance to the Old Town Chania and Old Venetian Port of Chania .We will stay again!"
