"Luxe appartement geboekt met 2 badkamers en een spabad, volgens de website en onze bevestiging. Daar aangekomen bleek de 2e badkamer een toilet. Tevens geen spabad. De eigenaar kwam erbij en zei dat een toilet een badkamer is. Vervolgens haalde hij de instellingen op de site erbij en klikte hij ter plaatse het vinkje 2e badkamer en spabad uit...
