It was convenient to access to shopping mall. I slept comfortable in most of week but weekend pool party on roof-top made little noisy. Additionally, I wish there were vegetables and warm soup on the breakfast menu. Thank you~

The hotel is great. Rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. Rooftop pool is nice day and night, and the restaurant on the the top floor serves decent sushi (though you are unable to charge payment to your room). My only complaint comes from my check-out experience. First, the girl checking me out gave me the bill for the wrong room and asked for my payment before reviewing the invoice; thankfully after I asked to see the invoice we realized it wasn’t my room at all and she then gave me the correct invoice.. however she added an extra airport transfer to my bill after we had just discussed I only used their transfer services once. Didn’t realize until I returned home (I’m not used to dealing in Paraguayan currency), had to contact the hotel for a refund, which I believe they are now processing. Bit of a headache but outside of this one incidence, I loved my stay.

What a hotel

If u want to have irresponsibility survice i recommend u to visit this hotel. I stayed here at new year to have a good start on this year However I had a bad elevator door smashed accident and it happened suddenly, so i request to check the cctv so i can see what exactly happen to me but they said they didnt have manager who can approval to show me the cctv I wait quite long at the lobby after checkout but Hotel said when manager is here they will send me the video file I believe what hotel said but u know what happen? even this accident happen 10days ago they didnt send me a video file yet. I want to know what exactly happen to me and it is my right to see and why u hotel is hiding it? I want to tell to the dazzler hotel that if u think u r the one of the best hotel in paraguay u have to show the right level of responsibility and survice mind for the customers And hotel have responsibilities of customers safe This accident can happen to any people even to kids or olders Thanks for giving me the best start in 2023 and big body pain And hope u know im waiting for my accident video first and all the apologize for what im suffering

パラグアイでは一般的にシャワーですが、当ホテルにはバスタブがあります。 朝食のレストランは広く、フルーツやパン、その他の物も沢山あり迷うほどです。 部屋も清潔で広めですが、電気ポットのコンセントが合わず自分の湯沸かしを使いました。 前回備えつけの電気ポットは使えました。お部屋で違いがあるのかもです。
