"Loved this hotel in Aswan. We had rooms on the Nile. It does not get better than that. The layout of the hotel is very relaxing. The restaurant served good food right next to the Nile with spectacular views of Elephant Island and the boats. The staff were friendly and helpful. laundry service was amazing and so cheap. The only issue to note is that the elevator is very temperamental. great ATM in hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views and amenities. The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs."

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you. "
