I had a great stay at the Pyramids Lounge. Ehab and Mohamad were extremely helpful in setting up tours of the pyramids, sakara/dashour and Alexandria. I would have been totally lost without them arranging everything. It was safe and informative and easy for me. I even left a bag of mine in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Ehab was able to help me retrieve it! Really saved a disaster there. Would definitely recommend, price is great and the view of the pyramids during breakfast...

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

The people here were so kind and helpful. I ended up getting extremely sick on the trip-the receptionist called his friend who was a doctor and strongly recommended to go to the hospital. He accompanied us so that there was someone to speak English and helped with the billing, prescriptions, travel, etc. he went above and beyond. Yes, the stay was beautiful and our rooms were clean—but more so was the beauty of human compassion that can sometimes be a lost art in America. Very appreciated.

So, arriving late at night into Cairo international, the Visa, and passport control is a process, while in line I was communicating with the owner of the hotel, Mohamed,(he has the patience of a saint) met me and drove us back to the hotel,stopping on the way for fresh sugar cane juice,which I appreciated! Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nites while in Cairo. Amazing hotel, very friendly professional staff. Used the gym facilities, modern , clean and spacious .The pool rooftop has a great view of the Nile and they offer cocktails and snacks or a full meal if you decide to eat up there . Would def stay here again or in any of their hotels around the world .

Sofitel really surprised me! I found this hotel from a TikTok I saw. I had no idea how amazing it would turn out. The property itself is immaculate. The rooms are stunning. There are so many restaurants at the hotel to choose from. The food at the restaurants was absolutely amazing.
