Mejorar los tiempos de entrega de las habitaciones, me entregaron a las 16:00 apesar que yo me encontré en las instalaciones desde las 11am, no nos entregaron toallas para la habitación, y mejorar las instalaciones ya que me corté el pie en una de las piscinas xq las cerámicas no están en buen estado. las instalaciones no están en buena condiciones

Vacaciones estupendas

Excelente servicio, muy acogedor, seguro y tiene actividades de juego como mesa de billar y futbolín además de la piscina que la puedes utilizar a cualquier hora con buena música.

Hotel mas o menos

Check in time on the reservation, it said 12pm, when we arrived, they said it was 2pm, so we had to wait. They have the music playing loud on the pools area, they won't turn off the music, until 10pm. Internet is very slow, almost unusable. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place, the staff was really helpful. Nice location, right on the Malecón. Watched the New year celebration from our balcony.

En general estuvo bien. La gente muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo. La ubicación es excelente, justo frente a la playa. No es un hotel lujoso porque existen detalles como el no haber nevera en la habitación, televisión por cable con señal pésima y las televisiones antiguas, pero por su ubicación y la amabilidad de los empleados, califico mi estadía como placentera

Estuvo muy bien la atencion el servicio exelente los desayunos muy buenos asi como la atencion en el restaurant ,, la ubicacion buena frente al mar y cera a todo ......en general es muy recomendable para pasar unas buenas vacaciones

El servicio en recepción en el día es bueno. Las chicas son muy amables. En la noche pésimo, los encargados no sirven de ayuda, preferible sería que dejen un guardia, porque ni siquiera ayudaron con un destapador. El desayuno se suponía que era buffet; no lo es, es bastante básico. Las toallas en las habitaciones son muy viejas, de acuerdo al precio que se paga se espera algo mejor.

Excelentes picinas, y cerca a la playa

No pudimos hospedarnos porque hubo un problema con los generadores del hotel, pero el recepcionista fue muy amable en ayudarnos a reservar en otro buen hotel ( hotel Sebastian).

Not a 4 star

Way overrated. Paid $86, not bad for a 4 star on the beach, found later advertised for $50, tried to fill out the form for "low price guarantee" but kept giving an error message when there were only so many different ways you could give how much it cost (2 nights for $100, $50 per night, etc) Sent a screen shot, still no response. At one time this hotel may have been a 4 star, now it is barely a 2 star.

Super location, but by no means a 4-star-hotel

Reception speaks no english. In the morning, total electricity broke down, had to pay in cash. No towels on the room, had to ask. The bath room is very "antic". 4 stars is too much for that place.
