Staff does not speak English. Room very small and cold. Not as advertised. Bathroom had grout dust all over. Blankets are old and mismatched.

Met at exact time for checkin. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. New room and furniture. Washing machine was great benefit.

We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you
