Clean and comfortable

Not the fanciest place, but a comfortable, well-designed room. Loved the shower that opened onto the (screened) balcony’s onsen tub! Bed was nice and big, and the balcony seating area was pleasant, even with a city view. Convenient to the beach, would be great during swimming season.

The hotel is in Poor shape and nothing like the photos. Ask for a non-smoking room, but received a smoking room, with a foul stench. The rooms and facilities are worn out, and they store everything in corridors

Was an excellent stay. Suite was spacious with a shower walk in to a private onsen. Beautiful view of the ocean and was steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Dinner and breakfast options are a must. The selection and service was first class. Advertised as a buffett, however it was anything but. With a chef on hand cooking Wagyu beef to a great assortment of side dishes, salads and desserts, we were thoroughly impressed. Public onsen and rooftop pool also made our stay a perfect getaway and a great alternative to Hakone crowds. Will visit again ❤️

PAY FOR SUFFERINGS! TERRIBLE HOTEL RESTAURANT!

FOOD INSIDE RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE! DONT PAY FOR BREAKFAST OR DINNER! When the food should be hot or warm, the staff just let it place there without putting under any heat lamb or inside warmer. They just let the food become cold. Rice with seafood was placed on a warmer, but the warmer was not turned on. IT IS JUST A DECORATION! Sashimi weren’t placing inside any fridge or ice under them to keep them fresh. ALL FRUITS AND SASHIMI WERE IN TINY PIECES. PLEASE, DONT OFFER THE FOOD LIKE THIS. Staff was standing there and watching what food you picked, so uncomfortable. I GOT THE RUNS (DIARRHEA) TWICE RIGHT AFTER THE DINNER. First time giving negative feedback to a hotel. Skipped the paid breakfast directly. NEVER NEXT TIME! 不要光顧這酒店的早餐或晚餐，付費買難受。當食物應為熱或暖的狀態，但它卻是凍的。海鮮飯放在應該是保温爐上，但保温爐只是裝飾，沒有接通電源保温，就是在吃冷飯。刺身就直接存放於室温，沒有放入雪櫃或以冰墊底保鮮。刺身及水果都被切成超級小塊，若然酒店那麼不想提供，倒不如不要提供。職員就站在那看着你取甚麼食物，十分不舒適。晚餐過後，直接去廁所，兩次肚屙/腹瀉。第一次給一間酒店負評。第二早直接跳過已付費的早餐！永遠也沒有下次！

到着早々に予約が入っていない、予約の確認できるものありませんか？といわれました。 結局予約は入っていて、確認できましたと言われたのですがなんだったのでしょうか？ 部屋は思ったより狭くて、汚かったです。 飲み放題をつけたので、チェックアウトの時清算しましたが、領収書は出ませんでした。

駐車場の案内が不親切

花火大会の日に合わせて宿泊しました。事前に電話で駐車場の有無を確認したところ、ホテルのは1日1000円で止められる、周りにも24時間の上限700円のとこや1000円のところもあるので、ホテルのところに止められなくても大丈夫との案内でした。 その日は15時のチェックインより早めに着いてしまったので、近くのコインパーキングに止め、そのまま宿泊し、翌日の朝にチェックアウトしたときに駐車場から車を出ししましたが、駐車場代が一万円弱と出ており、花火大会の日は上限がなくなっていたとのこと。 ホテルの方にはそのような情報をいただけておらず、再度問い合わせたところ、花火大会はそうなりますねと淡々と話され、サービス券なども特に出せないとのこと。 宿泊代もかなりのお値段のわりにはサービスや対応はとても冷たく感じました。初めから教えていただけていればと、記念日がとても複雑な気持ちになってしまいました。
