"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea.
Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found.
We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside.
Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room.

"Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin."

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job.
We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a good choice to spend the night here and take a day trip to the busy San Sebastian. It was convenient to have breakfast included."

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht.
De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"Hotel was nice, easy check in but really Really small town, there’s nothing to do. I was there for business meetings, I had to go to Bilbao for having fun "

"We had an incredible stay at Hotel Zerupe! All of the front desk staff were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The location cannot be beat- you can easily walk to restaurants, gelato, shops, and the beach! The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel is in the pedestrian only area of the city, so you will need to walk about a block from where a car might drop you off to get to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope I get the chance to stay here again one day!"
"Wonderful place. Unfortunately, Air France lost our luggage so we were chasing it in San Sebastián and did not get to enjoy Villa Antilles. They had left us a bottle of champagne and made us a wonderful boxed breakfast for our next day Camino walk."
"Great room, new hotel so everything in decent shape. Large car park.
Staff member on reception wouldn’t check us in without passports on every guest, which having come from France where everything is more relaxed, this seemed pretty intense. I dunno, maybe it’s a law in Spain.
Decent buffet style breakfast too.
Overall a good stay on the way through the Basque region."

Room/hotel were accessed using a key code which worked well when returning from an evening meal. A bonus is the private parking in the hotels subterranean car park for 10 euros a night.
All in all a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Beasain is a delightful town for an evening stroll with some interesting historical features."
"Such a lovely hotel, breakfast and dinner were amazing! Loved that it was a smaller hotel, very quiet and great views. The staff could not have been more helpful, booking reservations for us and even offering to take us to the bus stop. This was the highlight of Zarautz."
