"Inizio col descrivere l'Hoste: persona gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. E' presente uno spazio comune dove c'è una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e poi ci sono le singole stanze, ognuna con bagno privato. Per chi dovesse pernottare in questo paese la consiglio senza dubbio."

"This is a self serve property. This does not suit us. First the directions on hotels.com were incorrect. Second when you are told a key will be sent we do not imagine an electronic message and codes. This delayed our entry to the property by 1hr. As it was raining the next morning having to go out for breakfast at a nearby cafe was also not convenient. "

"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! "This hotel was booked mainly on price but after booking in, we decided to stay for the week. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big. Get with the program hotes.com The hotel is close to everything you need without having to walk for more than a few minutes and has few tourists. Great museum, which Vittorio allowed us to visit while it was supposedly closed, great...
