Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"The hotel is in a nice area, the only downside is that it needs some maintenance on certain areas. You can see that that needs to be better in certain rooms. Staff will help you with all questions or changes that you want. And the restaurant is serving great food."
