"It's unfortunate, because this location has the potential to be much better than it is. Honestly, my biggest complaint was just the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed head shoe prints on them. I told the person at the front desk and the manager personally came in and changed them for me. Whenever possible, I book a room with laminate flooring, because I find carpet in hotel rooms disgusting.
