We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. "Great Location, Good Value Great location for getting around Galway—conveniently close to the train station, ferry, and downtown core. Overall, it was a good stay. The accommodations have a bit of a student-residence feel, with a small room and a shared kitchen for each floor. The rooms can be quite warm, and it can get noisy—especially on weekends or if you need to open the window. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff and cleanliness were both very good. Our room wasn’t quite ready at the official check-in time, but it was ready shortly afterward, so the delay was minimal."
