Great location! 3Br/2Ba house in 5 Points on South Lumpkin with large deck overlooking Memorial Park greenspace. Completely refreshed in July 2023 as a vacation home and for VRBO rentals. Perfect for multiple couples on Game Days as well as smaller groups wanting a homey space in a great location while visiting Athens. Arrive early and enjoy yourself!

House:
Main level has a great open kitchen with bar and dining area. Comfortable open living room with view of front deck and South Lumpkin. Two guest rooms and a bathroom on the main level with a master suite upstairs. Wifi, Hulu Live, and Disney+. Private parking for 3-4 cars. Large 1/2 acre lot.

Location:
Home is located in a residential area on South Lumpkin in 5 Points. Memorial Park and Bear Hollow Zoo are across the street. Restaurants, bakeries, and pubs are just up the street. A short 0.8 mile walk to 5 Points restaurants. Only 2 miles straight up Lumpkin Street to Sanford Stadium. Perfect for multiple couples on Game Days as well as smaller groups wanting a comfortable space in a great location.

Sleeping:
All three rooms have queen beds with new Marriott mattresses purchased in July 2023. Master suite upstairs has attached bathroom with stone shower. Bedroom #2 is a good size room with full closet, full length mirror and fan. Bedroom #3 is the smallest of the bedrooms due to an enlarged closet for the laundry room but is comfortable and bright with a fan and storage. Tower fans in all three bedrooms + ceiling fans in downstairs BR #2 and #3. Luggage storage available in all rooms. Linens and towels provided.

Kitchen:
Full kitchen with all the things your home might have. Plenty of glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, and plates/bowls. Modern stainless steel appliances. Great coffee setup with a Nespresso and drip coffee maker.

Deck:
Great large deck overlooking South Lumpkin and Memorial Park greenspace. Plenty of comfortable seating and dedicated grill space. Perfect for fall/spring evenings.

Check-In / Check-Out:
The only time the 4pm check-in time is applicable is when someone is checking out earlier that same day and we need time to clean and flip the house. Otherwise, you're encouraged to arrive as early as you can and begin enjoying yourself! Similarly, check-out can be flexible depending on next rental timing.

Laundry:
Full-size front-load washer and dryer with plenty of detergent.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. Keyless entry is provided so no keys to keep up with. Exterior cameras for security.

Additional Notes:
1.) While this is a South Lumpkin address, the main entrance is in the rear off Old Princeton Rd. This is a much safer entry/exit and gives access to plenty of private parking space. Specific direction are provided prior to arrival.
