Convenient location, 5 minute walk to Siggrou Fix station (metro) and walking distance to museum, Koukakki, Acropolis and Plaka. Very comfortable accommodations with very restful sleep on the luxurious mattresses. Family had a wonderful time here.

First time in Athens

The apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious and well equipped. Great location aswell just 15 minutes walk from the many attractions. Safet from the management company was very helpful and gave us some really great suggestions for places to eat which were really reasonably priced. We will definitely recommend this management company to friends visiting Athens and we hope to go back ourselves at some point.

The team at Bill and John are fantastic, the communication was fantastic, they allowed us to store luggage until we were able to check in and also allowed us an early check in as the property was ready for us. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect space for a stay in Athens with Teenagers

This deluxe apartment was the perfect space for our family with two teenagers. The apartment is within 15min of walking distance to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis. The cute neighbourhood of Koukaki is close by with all its conviniences.

Great place!

We only stayed one night as it was a layover before leaving Greece. It's a really nice, clean, modern place. The host was wonderfully accomodating. Philip had met us at the place when we got there, showed us around and gave us some great tips for the area of what to do. He was kind and so very helpful! Would stay there again!

Very nice, modern, and clean apt with great host!

Apartment is very nice, modern design, very clean, and well-lighted wth kitchen essentials, including an espresso machine. Beds are very comfortable and bedding are of high-quality. Host is very responsive and helpful. Helped us with our luggage and showed us a nearby good bakery.

Great apartment with good location. It was a bit cold as the airconditioning was small for the room. Extra blankets could be useful. But otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful place

Loved this apartment and loved the hosts! Extremely clean and beautiful. The host’s communication was excellent. Parking on premise is actually free street parking. That could have been a bit clearer in the listing. The bar two doors down plays extremely loud music during the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Parking shortage

Property was great, clean, location excellent. However, description states that parking is available and we had a terrible experience finding parking on Saturday evening. I give a rating of 4 because of that and because of the elevator. One person and luggage can fit in only and the property is at the second level.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is well equiped and nicely furnished and we really felt at home. It is ideally located near the city centre, with bus stop, metro and tram station just nearby. And to mention also the car rental company just around the corner. We stayed there for 3 weeks and appreciated the perfect cleaning service. What was also excellent was the communication with the people at the office. When we had a question it was anwered within minutes. Thank you very much for your support!

Wrong Check Out Time

The property had listed incorrect check out time of 4:00 pm. We made plans for our last day accordingly and then were informed upon arrival that check out was actually 11:00 am. Upon proof of 4:00 pm check out listed, they admitted error on website. We tried to rearrange plans for our last day, including flying to another island which would have added $75 per person to change flight. We chose not to pay additional fee and negotiated early afternoon check out and discounted taxi fare to airport. The staff was very apologetic, but it messed up our last day in Athens. Property is very clean, though minor repairs to each bathroom required. Location was ok, restaurants and shops pretty close but located in industrial area heavily populated by automobile repair/parts shops. Nice area with tavernas and small shops approximately quarter away.

Excellent quality - good value

Nicely renovated, new throughout!!! Excellent location and service from the Bill and John team!!! Stayed at another VRBO in Athens previously, this was far nicer and cheaper. Will look to stay with Bill and John again for any visit to anywhere they manage properties.

Week in Athens

Overall great apartment. Clean, comfortable beds, convenient location….not right downtown but 2 blocks from the metro, then one stop to the Acropolis (but also a super easy walk) and one more to the square. Every person we dealt with was unbelievably accommodating. They arranged our pick up and drop off from the airport with a private driver….we also used them for a private day tour to Delphi and one to Argolis. I had many communications with them and they were super responsive. We had a little mix up with one of the tours but they did all they could to remedy the situation.

Clean, Convenient, Comfort in Athens!

We arrived in Athens after traveling across Greece for 2 weeks...this was our last and final stop! We were promptly greeted by the property manager who let us in to a modern and spacious apartment that was clean and cool (AC felt GREAT after walking close to 7 miles that day in the July heat). He showed us how to use everything and made himself available if we needed anything during our stay. Since we arrived in Athens prior to check in, we were also able to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned so we could go out and enjoy the city. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were super comfortable and it was really nice having two bathrooms. We even enjoyed some TV at the end of all our walking. The apartment is on a main street, but we never felt it was overly noisy. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and neighboring neighborhood of Plaka in less than 20 minutes. There are plenty of tavernas tucked into the side streets if you do not feel like going far and a lot of bakeries for easy breakfast. Communication prior to our trip was quick and helpful. This is a great property for the value if you are looking for more space than a hotel with easy access to the main tourist highlights of Athens. It was a perfect place to end our adventure!
