Very happy with our stay at the Adrian Hotel. Very clean rooms, a little dated but comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from check-in to housemaid and breakfast staff. Reasonable rates and will certainly use if we visit Athens again.

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were professional, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a little noisy. The best thing is the location, it is perfect. Opposite Hadrian's Library, within a short walk of the Acropolis and all the main tourist areas, and bars and restaurants within yards of the front door.

The room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and an up-to-date bathroom. Lovely balcony. Breakfast was very good, though more variety in cheese would be nice (such as feta or halloumi). One small observation: the thin toasts are great, but can take on the flavor of the sweet bread in the same container. The juice is fantastic. The staff were all thoughtful and helpful. I accidentally left a laptop computer and they reported it to me. Wonderful!

Our room was clean and ready for an early check-in, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was fairly basic, with no standout amenities. Breakfast was very minimal, and there are many better options nearby that were much more appealing. The location was convenient and central, which was definitely a plus. Overall, it was an average stay — nothing particularly special, but nothing terrible either. About what I would expect from a standard 3-star hotel, and a reasonable option if you’re traveling on a budget.

The Adrian Hotel was a great place to stay - close to the Acropolis - with a great view of it from the rooftop breakfast spot. Close to restaurants and the shopping streets. Great atmosphere. Note that the shower is small.

Hi this was our first stay at the Adrian Hotel. It was a shock at first when we arrived and the foyer was filled with cigarette smoke from a staff member as we thought it was a non smoking hotel. The room was clean but run-down the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the decor and linens were very dated. The bathroom had been renovated at some stage and was good. The breakfast on the outside top patio was beautiful and the ladies were so nice that worked there. The view from the roof top was stunning. The reception staff would let us use the top patio to eat our lunch sometimes as it is locked after breakfast is finished. The location in Plaka is what sells this hotel and they are able to charge quite high rates for a run-down hotel.
