and functional full bath provides everything you need to freshen up, including hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel for a relaxing bathing experience. In addition, there is a washing machine available for your needs.

The open plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, living room, and dining area, creating an ideal space for gatherings. Use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining room for four, or relax in the living room and enjoy your delicious food while watching TV.

When you need some fresh air, the spacious balcony is your favorite spot. Sip on your favorite coffee or drink while basking in the dazzling daylight, setting the stage for an exciting Athenian adventure.

For your convenience, free Wi-Fi is provided, and there is free on-site parking if you bring a car to explore Athens' top attractions.

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed in any part of the property.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation.
• A valid ID or passport number (or VAT number for local visitors)

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.

*Parking:
There are 14 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
