This was a great location but it was hard to reach the establishment. We had several communication problems prior to arriving. We were given a number to contact and the response did not happen. We were told to down load the "What up app" and it was still hard to get them to communicate with us. We were a party of 5 and needed more supplies and we had to ask several times. This is a great property with lots of amenities, but the lack of consistent communication made our stay more difficult.We were not told, when we booked, about the plumping issue prior and that definenity needs to be shared on the website. Because we could not flush paper there was a need for more garage bags but we never received more. They are a few notches from being a perfect stay. There needed to be better communication, up front info about the plumbing and more access to necessary supplies for a week with five people.

The Athenian Niche was amazing. The location was second to none, surrounded by beautiful laneways and tavernas, and nestled at the foot of the Acropolis, simply stunning. The facilities were fantastic and Anna the host, was so accommodating. Do yourself a favour and stay at this property. As a group of 10, we were all so happy.
