Ideal for those who want to explore the new heart of Athens. Marina Flisvos and its park, Planetarium, New Opera, Nautical museum are within 15 minutes walk. Experience the warm sea from May to November.Shops restaurants are at 3 min walking.

The house is next to the city center, ideally situated between Athens historical center and Piraeus port.
You can swim in the nearby beach from May to October.Alimos marina where the majority of sailing tours depart, is only 2 km away.

Very convenient location

Nice, clean, with A/C in all the rooms. Very private. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom( the property has another one in the loft which I didnt use) I would look to rent the same place when I return.

Perfect!

Terrific stay in every regard! Great communication up front and during our experience, a FANTASTIC team, easy and fun transports to and from the airport, comfortable and clean accommodations in a great location! I highly recommend! We had two different drivers - George and Chryssa - and they were both delightful! Helena was always accessible and helpful in every way as well. Thank you all for making our short stay in Athens so enjoyable and memorable!

Great communication from beginning to end. Apartment was in perfect proximity to shopping, transportation, restaurants and the beach. We will be booking again for next year. SEE YOU SOON!!!
