Classic City 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points.
King bed in master bedroom with seating area, a small desk, and private bath. Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a small desk space. Bedroom 3 offers a full over full bunk bed to sleep up to 4 and or a sleeping / gaming space with a wall mounted tv!
2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 1.8 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.

Property is just as advertised. Top notch condo. Keith is an amazing host and assisted with my parents checking in ahead of us and responding in person to a very minor request. Very much recommend if you need to be in Athens.

The property is just as described and is very cozy. Keith Allen, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We had a question and he responded immediately and followed up to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is tucked away but not far from most everything in Athens. Thank you, Keith!
