Dreamy Athens Penthouse with Acropolis View

A unique penthouse in the historical center of Athens , just 200 metres away from Monastiraki square. It has a breathtaking view of Akropolis and view of the Observatory from its balcony. It is close to the metro station, to trains and to all touristic spots. The flat has direct access to the airport and to the port of Piraeus. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars ,shops in the area easily reached on foot in just few minutes.

Modern renovated studio of 41 sq.m. where it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and easily reached via a lift. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware (pots, pan, utensils). Salt, pepper, sugar, extra virgin cretan olive oil, vinegar, coffee and tea pots are provided. There is hot water 24/7 through an installed solar panel. The household appliances available for use are a coffee maker, a toaster, a boiler, and a stove. To facilitate and ameliorate your stay, a series of amenities like shampoo, body soap etc are available for use. The Bed is King size (dimensions are 160cm x 210 cm) and the sofa-bed is double (dimensions are 135cm x 195cm, available for 3rd & 4th person). The mattress of the bed and the pillows are hypoallergenic. Cleaned ,ironed towels and sheets are provided. Netflix is also available for your entertainment . Moreover, there are converters/ adaptors for the plugs.
In the flat, you will find maps of Athens and Greece, restaurants' brochures, leaflets about organised tours, daily excursions around the Argosaronic golf and other kind of interesting activities.
The flat is fully equipped with fire extinguishers, (smoke) detector and a first-aid kit. The whole apartment is equipped with soundproof windows for a quiet stay.

We loved our stay here! The view of the acropolis was amazing and such a treat. The balcony is massive!! We enjoyed laying out on the chairs in the evenings and soaking in the city. The room had all we needed and was a perfect location for our activities, and was close to the metro (although we ended up walking everywhere because it was so close!)

This property was an amazing find and I will never book another property in Athens …….It was clean, very trendy and the terrace with acropolis view was outstanding ….even magnified when lying in bed. The area was great and very close to all tourist areas…..Communication with the host Vangelis was very helpful and always responsive…..The driver George was a gem and we just adored him…..he drove us to a couple places and his fees are very reasonable…..Do not hesitate to book here it will end up being your spot upon return

Dreaming in Athens

The Dreamy Athens Penthouse was an airy, bright, well appointed flat in the perfect Athens neighbourhood, close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and within easy walking distant to the major sites. The terrace was gorgeous. The host Vangelis was wonderful to work with - gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and super responsive. The drivers he arranged for us were excellent! Amazing Penthouse

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! Vangelis was incredibly helpful from giving us great restaurant recommendations (don’t sleep on Meat the Greek!) to arranging transportation to/from the airport. His driver Giorgos was wonderful! The location of the apartment is perfect - so close to everything you’ll want to do - and the view of the acropolis is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Our entire family had the best time, and we hope to return again soon. Thank you, Vangelis!

Excellent experience

Our experience could not have been better. Our host arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. The unit is a large studio nicely appointed with a balcony almost as large as the unit. And the view of th Acropolis is spot on! There is a reason he is a “premiere host”….oh and he arranged for the driver to drive us to our cruise ship at the end of our stay. Highest of recommendations!!!!!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay could not have been better. Communication with Vangelis was great, we had numerous of conversations leading up to our stay and he was always quick to respond. He arranged for our airport transfer which was seamless. George, the driver was great, and we a guy continued to use his throughout the trip. The Penthouse is exactly as the listing; perfect location, amazing view, clean and well appointed. There truly is no reason to stay anywhere else.

A Gem in Psirri

We loved this place! The deck is spacious, and well furnished, with views of the Parthenon. A great spot for pre-dinner cocktails (and a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival)! The apartment was immaculate, and just as advertised. Location is perfect for sightseeing. Less than a 5 minute walk to Iroon Square, and 10 minutes to Monastaraki. Vangelis provided a detailed guide of the apartment and the area - very helpful! And if you need transport, his recommended driver George was a godsend! Highly recommend.
