What a wonderful hotel.Harris kept in touch with me before our arrival and our rooms were ready for us as soon as we arrived. We were welcomed by warm friendly staff. The rooms had nearly everything you would need the only item missing was a hair dryer. The bed was very comftable and everyone in my party can not wait to go back. Exarchia House Project is a hidden gem in Athens

This wonderful hotel is a "hidden gem"! Everything about it is first class! The rooms are gorgeous, everything works and the staff is super attentive! Special kudos to Lela Tzima the most amazing host with her special help on our six nights! She is also a great guide for sights and restaurants!

Had a great stay here. Charis and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely big rooms with huge balconies, spotlessly clean and seemingly newly decorated. My partner and I loved the area - though I should note, the couple we were travelling with was less enthusiastic. If political graffiti isn't your thing, Exarchia probably isn't for you!

Don't let the street or graffiti in the area outside fool you. The property inside is ultra modern and newly renovated. Nice owners and lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. It's kind of a Newtown vibe if you are familiar with the Sydney suburb
