Sleep among humanity’s finest works of art with a view simply unbeatable!!!
A wonderful apartment owned by a couple of architects, Marios and Georgia. We named it “Peripatos” (“Stroll” in Ancient Greek), as someone can reach most of Athens sightseeing within walking distance.
You will enjoy the Attic Light and the sun flooding the apartment from all sides, reflecting on its white marble floor.
“Peripatos” is a two-bedroom, fully equipped, penthouse apartment right across the New Acropolis Museum with a unique view of the Parthenon.
The apartment is sunny and spacious (75 sq.m.), ideal for couples or families of four. One can never get tired of the Acropolis view and this wonderful and vibrant neighborhood in the ancient center of Athens!
Right across the street there are bus stops for 3 different
hop-on hop-off buses that will take you to classical and beautiful destinations in Athens, Piraeus & Riviera beaches. It is also a meeting point for Athens walking city tours.
All major attractions are accessible by foot. Grocery, bakery, patisserie with amazing coffee and sweets and dozens of nice restaurants close by.

Perfect!!

Great apartment in a great location. Very smooth check in with very responsive and very helpful hosts. Used the cab driver arranged by the hosts for transfer to and from the airport which made the whole process seamless.

Wonderful location

Location could not have been better, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was great. They had some treats waiting for us on arrival, very thoughtful. Would recommend this property.

Great location

The house is convenient and walkable to several prime attractions and to the metro. The view of Acropolis in the night is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We had a comfortable stay.

Athens central!

The perfect centralized place to stay! So close to the Acropolis and all of the major attractions of Athens! Grocery store very near by for all essentials. Hip and bustling streets one block over for fantastic restaurants. Nice and quiet for resting with perfect view of the Acropolis from the balcony! We would definitely stay again!

The location in the heart of Athens near so much history, food and parks make this a perfect place to stay. The host is very welcoming and helpful and the view of the Acropolis is spectacular. All of this and the amenities of the apartment are perfect for relaxing with extra touches by Georgia and Marios. We will return when we get the chance!

A perfect place

This place was perfect in so many ways. The apartment was everything we needed and more. Sitting on the balcony at night and seeing the view was amazing. It is also across the road from the museum that also has great meals where you can eat with an access pass to the restaurant. Its next door to a great little shop that sells pastries, fruit and ice cream. The hosts were great and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. You won't regret staying at this amazing location during your time in Athens.

Perfect Stay Near the Acropolis

My husband and I spent one week in Athens after completing a tour of Crete. We feel fortunate to have found this lovely Athens apartment with views of the Acropolis and unexpected evening views of the Parthenon Frieze inside the New Acropolis Museum. We walked around the base of the Acropolis in the early evenings, followed Georgia’s recommendations for neighborhood bakeries, stores and restaurants, and could head off in a different walkable direction every day as we explored the city. Georgia and Marios arranged our transport to the airport with Yanni. He was punctual and we enjoyed talking with him on the way to the airport. I would highly recommend Yanni for your transport needs, as well as this Athens apartment which is well furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. You will very shortly feel like a local going about your business in a neighborhood that seems very non-touristy even though it is located very close to the top tourist attraction in Athens.

Amazing Gem in Athens!

The perfect location, in a safe spot with views of the Acropolis that only get better at night. Owners were communicating with us a few weeks out and were instrumental in helping get us get transportation from the airport to the apartment. The apartment was larger than we expected, immaculate and the A/C was ice cold (very much appreciated this hot summer). The bottle of wine they left was appreciated as we sat out on the balcony that first night and took in the Acropolis view and watched the cars go by below. Location is ideal as it is literally walking distances to all the best spots around Athens. Great restaurants, bars and shop literally on your street, around the corner and on every block. We couldn't be happier! I really enjoyed the vintage elevator in the complex. See you again soon. :)

Buvket list week in Athens

The perfect location with jaw-dropping views of the magnificent Acropolis Museum. It's a super secure, light-filled apartment with thoughtful amenities and lots of comfort. The bed gave me the best sleep I'd had in months, there was enough room for three people to do a yoga class and we have a great washing machine and clothes drying services! The location was so wonderful near lots of great restaurants, very groovy bakeries and cafes away from the main tourist strip and downstairs is the best grocer and wholefoods store. The highlight is the incredible luxury of being so close to the Acropolis to do the early-morning tour before the hoards, being able to pop to the museum for an hour or enjoy the amazing old Hamam two streets away, plus you can't get lost as you just have to look for the museum and you will find your way home. The subway is very close and the hosts were wonderful at sharing good airport transfers, tours and restaurants. It was a joy to have a taste of a 'real' Athenian home. Thank you so much Marios and Georgia, you made our bucket list dream come true.

Wonderful experience for our family - GREAT location!

Georgia was a wonderful host from the moment we booked. She was quick to respond to our questions and even booked our taxi to and from the aiport. Her driver, Yanni, was fantastic - highly recommend!The apartment is clean and modern and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The location is fantastic. It is right across the street from the bus stop for many of Athens tourist buses, walkable to MANY restaurants as well as the Acropolis and many other attractions. A view of the Acropolis (and great sunsets) from the terrace! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and the apartment was a perfect fit for us. We utilized the Hop On/Off bus to get to some of the further away areas and to the coast and that worked perfect. We ate at many of the nearby restaurants and did'nt have a bad meal at any place we tried. I can't say enough good things about how helpful Georgia was and how much we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location to launch your Athens adventure

We stayed 4 nights here and the apartment lived up to my expectations! Communications before during and after with the host were prompt and detailed. The location was extremely convenient and we walked to every single one of our attractions and tours throughout Athens, not requiring any transportation. The place is spacious for up to 4 guests and the view is amazing. Even though it is close to the hustle and bustle of the city, it was quiet in the bedrooms and I always felt safe. There is an elevator to take up your heavy baggage or to give your legs a rest after a long day of walking. The a/c was so refreshing after a long day in the heat. The host worked with us to store our baggage there until we had our transfer pick up. There are several bakeries, groceries, restaurants within a few blocks. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Perfect location for Plaka & Acropolis

We were only in Athens for 2 days & this was the perfect spot to walk to the acropolis & Plaka. The host was amazing & helped us set up a taxi that met us at the airport. Our driver was the best! He’s a friend of the owner so he knew where everything was & was able to point us in the direction of everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment has an amazing view of the Parthenon & we sat on the balcony sipping wine & enjoying the sites. The apartment had everything we could need & was very comfortable. The owner was easy to reach & very helpful.
