This was a really stressful and expensive experience. First stop on a long trip with family of 5. The minute we arrived we received a message to say the property was not available due to a plumbing problem. It was a scramble to work out what to do & communication was confusing. We had blown an expensive ride from the airport to get there then spent even more to get to the alternative place. Whoever was texting us did arrange a different place which was fine but not the location we wanted. This left us separated from my elderly mother who we had booked close to the original place. I would not book this again & would not recommend.
