The property was spacious, clean and in a great location. About a mile from the Parthenon and Acropolis and close to great food. The communication with our host Eva was seemless. This was my second time staying at Hercules Residence and plan on coming back. Felt like home!

The property was very clean and spacious for a studio! You have the option to cook there and plenty of storage for clothes. The instructions to enter the building were very clear and the property manager always responded promptly. The local was great as it was more quiet from the center, however you could easily take the metro/bus which was only about a 10-12 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

Located in the heart of Athens, this is a lovely apartment with all the basic necessities. This is more like staying at an apartment of a friend than a hotel. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major historical sites.

Loved the basement play area for kids and fact that we could access the basement (toilet, play area, laundry) before we could even check in. Was so nice after a very early flight. We used Uber but seems 10min walk to metro. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean facilities and good communication.

Close to the metro station and coffee shops. It is a renovated building with a gym, laundry and an elevator. We enjoyed the balcony. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 5-6 people. We have enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and check out, as well.

Very conveniently located, close to the metro and we were able to walk to the Acropolis. Eva was very communicative and sent suggestions and information about the surrounding area. The room was very nice and the balcony was incredible. The only downside was the neighborhood was dirty but as Athens is a city it’s to be expected

Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean. Instructions from Eva to access the unit were easy, hassle free. The property is within walking distance of the metro station, a hop on off bus stop, local market, restaurants, local attractions. The property had a laundry room and gym which were really nice. Communication with Eva was great, very responsive and provided great information for local things to do and eat. Highly recommend staying. We had a great experience. No complaints.

Hercules Residence is a wonderful place to stay in Athens. The apartment was incredibly clean. The balcony, living room, and kitchen were such a great bonus. There is laundry for free, an excellent gym, and a lovely play room for small children. We enjoyed walking to the numerous grocery stores, bakeshops, and restaurants. The location is a beautiful walk to the Acropolis and other sites and there are numerous metro stops within an easy walk. We used it to get from the airport and to the Piraeus ferry. Communication from the owner was quick and we appreciated the messages to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Hercules Residence. We will happily stay here again.

The apartment was lovely, modern, well laid out and decorated. The host was good at communicating with local info and checking in details. It was lacking in kitchen utensils, including no corkscrew. The loo roll holder wasn’t on properly and the roll just falls off. The low shower head holder needs refixing. As you can’t flush toilet paper, it would’ve been good to have spare bin bags. There’s a new cafe, Bistro 6, that recently opened around the corner which was lovely for breakfast. Good restaurants for dinner we founder were a 10min walk away. It was well located for all historic sites.

Brilliant apartment amenities; good range of kitchen equipment, everything we wanted, and access to gym and laundry a big bonus. Furniture, kitchen and bathroom all seem very new and well fitted. Outdoor space is shaded with decent furniture. Eva communicated with us before our stay, and was prompt to respond to emails. The area is not the most convenient - 10 mins walk either way to metro stations, but central enough to get to the bottom of the Acropolis easily if you don’t mind climbing up the hill. Lots of graffiti in the area (this is to be expected); but we still felt safe walking around at night. Family with 2 teenage boys, we really enjoyed our stay.
