First time in an all inclusive resort. Overall impression was good. Not surprisingly the quality of the beer, wines and spirits was a little disappointing. Generally the food was fine if sometimes the breakfast food was a little cold. Particularly enjoyed the Taverna dinner. Fabulous location and beautifully clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It is a lovely quiet hotel. The only slight reservation was the restaurant where the breakfast food was often cold/lukewarm and a little more choice (occasional curry?) would be well received. The Zen pool is lovely though the bar was never open in the morning which would have been nice.

Perfect hotel

Actually i booked the hotel without take a look on the hotels feedback, it was too many negative comments on it. But we decided to go throw it any way if its good or bad. I would recommend all the visitors that do NOT believe all the negative comment on the hotel, it is absolutely on of the best hotels that we have been before, the stuff was incredible and helpful (room cleaning, reception, bar service, waiters and the activity group). The food also too good and they had many things to choose, perfect taste!!!!. The hotel overhead was clean and nice everywhere (pool, restaurant, bar and even the room itself).

They did not have gluten free options for breakfast. Even when given heads up they did not fix for us. They said "they are only a 4 star hotel". That is not a valid reason for not taking allergies into consideration, since we have statyed at much lower star hotel and had this provided. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and we had no option than to eat there.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. He had blond hair and was absolutely arrogant. The pool lifeguard was the only person smoking and blowing it on the children. Inconsiderate. He sat on the prime spot and never looked up one to see what was happening with the guest. The food was not labeled, so you had no idea what you are eating. Extremely disappointed.

The only thing good about the resort is the ocean. The food is the worst I've ever eaten, bathroom needs major renovations. It's a shame the location is beautiful but the rooms, food are nothing to write home about. Some of the staff are nice but some are utterly rude. Dont let the picture deceive you. Read the reviews. I had to change my room as the one given had mosquitoes. I will NEVER visit Kinetta Beach again. My friend had ants crawling all over the room. Another has roaches in their room. Please go somewhere else.

The views were awesome - mountains, sea, beach & that’s about it. There’s nothing all inclusive about this resort. Condition of the place can be better improved. Rooms were not very clean, had bugs cockroaches, ants etc. There were no basic tea/coffee items in the rooms. Staff could learn to be friendlier, some were outright rude. Our cleaning lady was nice though. The food was not good, the food at the diner restaurant (where you have to book and it’s limited to 60 something guests maximum) was the only manageable meal, we ate outside of the resort for most of our stay. I was here to celebrate with friends so we made the most of it spending more time in Athens than the resort itself. The price paid for this resort is way too high for the quality of the resort and the quality of service received. Hopefully, they find a way to improve.

BEWARE: Worst all inclusive experience ever. This is nothing like the Mexico/Caribbean all Inclusive resorts. Food is disgusting and the main buffet dining room looks worse than a school cafeteria. The experience in the one restaurant is even worse. You are not even handed a menu or asked what you want. You sit down and they just slap the plates of food in the middle of the table, most of it inedible. Service staff is not nice or welcoming. No wifi in the rooms although they say there is. Rooms are similar to motel rooms. Beds and mattresses awful. Got a room for 4 and they squeezed in a cot between the two small beds so there was no room to walk. No lock in bathroom. Very small amount of beds by the pool. Absolutely no value for the high cost. I could go on and on and I never leave a bad review. This was the worst stay we had in all of Spain. If it wasn't costly and non refundable we would have packed our bags and left. Extremely disappointed.

Point positifs : - Résidence hôtelière bien située, dans un cadre très agréable de bord de mer. - Chambres globalement correctes et propres - Personnel sympathique Points négatifs - All inclusive n’en n’a que le nom, c’est très très bas de gamme au niveau du snack et des boissons (alcoolisées comme non-alcoolisées) - Lors des repas, il n’y a pas de chauffe-plats pour maintenir les plats au chaud sur le buffet, résultat la nourriture est fréquemment froide. - La salle de restauration est très bruyante (elle est grande et résonne). - L’hôtel accueille des sorties scolaires (sans doute pour le remplir hors saison), en soit ce n’est pas un problème, mais quand 3 bus d’adolescents/jeunes adultes débarquent avec un encadrement absent et sans que la direction de l’hôtel ne disent quoi que ce soit au divers débordements, les nuits sont longues… Bref 3 nuits sur 6 où on a entendu des cris, des portes qui claquent et des gens qui parlent fort jusqu’à 3h du mat… Pas très reposant et absolument pas digne d’une résidence hôtelière… Donc globalement on a trouvé l’endroit en lui-même très sympa, mais très déçu par la formule all inclusive et par le fait qu’on n’ait pas eu le calme et la sérénité qu’on s’attendait à trouver dans un tel endroit.

We had a very good experience staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality at every meal. The customer service was outstanding as well — staff were always friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel special. The beach was another highlight: clean, well-kept, and a beautiful place to relax. On the other hand, there isn’t much to do around the hotel outside of the property, so if you’re looking for activities or exploring the area, options are quite limited. Also, the evening entertainment was only in French, which made it hard to fully enjoy if you don’t speak the language.

établissement propre et près de la plage. Le tout inclus est moyen car café soluble et jus de fruits chimique. Le tout inclus fait penser à une cantine de base. Die neuen Zimmer sind super - die alten etwas sehr „in die Jahre gekommen“. Leider brummt im Haupthaus 24/7 ein Generator o.ä. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer dort, konnten bei dem Lärm aber nicht schlafen. Die Rezeption hat aber sehr unkompliziert einen Zimmerwechsel veranlasst. Sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!! Ansonsten ist das Resort eher französisch-sprachig. Wenn man Animation wünscht, sollte man französisch verstehen. Das Meer ist sehr klar und sauber. Jegliche Restauration ist direkt am Meer - ein absolutes Plus der Resorts! Das Essen ist OK - sehr große Auswahl an Salaten und auch bei den warmen Speisen findet sich eigentlich immer was. Die Getränke sind wie oft bei All Inclusive „Lokale Marken“. Wenn man etwas Besseres möchte, kann man es gegen Bezahlung bekommen. Gleiches gilt beim Kaffee.

Viele Senioren , Sprache Englisch , Ftanzösisch kein Deutsch . Hotel sehr abgelegen . Shopping möglichkeiten fast keine. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub , Essen ,Strandnähe , Zimmer waren Top.

Le Kinetta Beach Resort est un complexe agréable, calme, très bien situé pour accéder aux sites (Acropole, Corinthe, Nauplie, Epidaure, Delphes) et est au bord d'une belle plage. Nous recommandons.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits ohne Auto muss man die gesamte Zeit am / im Hotel bleiben. Tipp ein Auto am Flughafen mieten und dann die Umgebung ansehen
