We liked the location, as it is walkable distance from metro to Athens city centre. It was easy to get into, spacious and clean accommodation. However we did not enjoy restful sleep. We were freezing with only a single sheet for covering, and no blanket. And there was a lot of treet noise from bars late into the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Leon by Zoia Living. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Piraeus waterfront, with restaurants, shops, cafés, and transportation nearby. It was especially convenient for us before our cruise. The room was modern, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after exploring Athens and Piraeus. Customer service was also outstanding. Communication was easy, friendly, and extremely responsive through WhatsApp whenever we had a question or needed assistance. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in Piraeus, especially before or after a cruise, we highly recommend Leon by Zoia Living. We would definitely stay here again.

Good EXCEPT I was directed to call three different phone numbers, send email and WhatsApp messages to get to someone who could help me with the check-in process, which was frustrating. Definitely needs improvement.
