This historic home features two bedrooms, a dedicated office, and modern comforts like AC and heat for year-round comfort. Plus, its convenient location near the Athens bypass provides quick access to I-85, making travel a breeze.

275 Boulevard Heights is a former carriage house that's been converted to a home. Please note, the floors aren't exactly level in areas.
