This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area next to a metro station (100m) and walking distance from the Acropolis and its new museum (300m). The apartment covers 95 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat screen tv and a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a table where you can sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. At the living room there is a sofa which can turn into a double bed. Free wifi is available at the apartment. Finally there is lift access, central heating, air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, water heater and double glazed windows.

This was a great find! It is close to everything and was so easy to get to. There is a subway and bus stop nearby plus it was easy walking distance from shopping and restaurants (recommend Greek Stories and Arcadia for meals-great, friendly, and gluten free choice!). Chris was very communicative and even helped us get book rides to and from the apartment for our arrival and departure and for luggage storage. The space was exactly what needed for our group and we would stay there again. There are some small maintainence things to be done, but Chris was totally willing to take our feedback and work on them. The couch was so comfy and the rooms are great size and the ac was awesome. Definitely a great location for anyone but especially families!

The host was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early in the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for shopping and accessing the Acropolis, both easy walking distance. Lots of good places to eat in the neighborhood.

7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

All is as pictured. The kitchen could use more glasses, etc if you say can sleep 8, however, all is there and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is fantastic with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood. Chris was very quick in responses and even arranged transportation from cruise port and then to airport. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

We needed to stay in Athens before our cruise. This place was conveniently located to the Acropolis and other great attractions for our short two day stay. We had the best meal at Sfika and breakfast at Coffee Central. The host Chris was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very spacious for our family of four with two teenagers.

Couldn't have picked a better rental. Excellent communication with owners, so helpful. Always taxis on the corner to flag, so close to public transportation, restaurants, etc. A+++. So much better than being in a hotel! The airport pickup and return was a major plus as well. Owner even made a phone call for me when my service was on the blink! Dontlook elsewhere, this unit is exactly what you need!

Fantastic layout!!!! Super easy instructions. Owner was extremely proactive in prepping us for our arrival and giving us all the pertinent information we needed. Neighborhood was very pleasant. Tons of restaurant options and markets near by to meet our needs. Owner coordinated transportation fr airport and to cruise ship. We felt very safe and were able to relax. We walked to the Parthenon, several gardens and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to see the change of the Guards. Very special to us. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

We needed a place in Athens so that we could extend our stay beyond our cruise disembarkation. This apartment was perfect for our needs: it was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the AC functioned well, and we were just a few minutes' walk to the Acropolis, which was my top spot to visit. We didn't need much - just beds and the bathroom. Owners Chris and Zeta own the coffee shop across the street and we were able to leave our heavy suitcases there when we arrived - which was before check-in - for just a few Euros per bag. The communication by Chris was outstanding - not only did he answer my many questions, he also arranged for our transfers (from the cruise port and to the airport). If you're seeking a nice launching point to explore Athens, I'd highly recommend this place!

We only had one night to stay in Athens but we loved our brief time in Chris's apartment. It was ideally located within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants and the acropolis (even a nearby pharmacy where we replaced our son's contact lens solution). Chris was easy to commuicate with and was prompt to reply. He also offered to arrange a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport on our behalf which I highly recommend. Chris went above and beyond for us when the original transport company had a conflict so Chris made arrangements with an alternate one for us. This was much better than public transportation for our group of 6 and all our luggage. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was just what we needed. We had a great stay in a great location.

Check-in process was smooth. Our bags were delayed arriving and Chris was able to arrange drop-off to their nearby coffee shop for us. So we didn't have to wait at the place for the bags to arrive. We really appreciate the help with this. The unit was clean and had three good-sized bedrooms, along with a separate kitchen, living room, and a small dining area in the entranceway. Their are balconies all around where we ate our breakfast. No complaints, really. It was a good place and I'd stay there again. You can easily walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, and the subway stop nearby can take you to Syntagma square or the National Archaeological Museum.
