Virtual check-in needs to be improved. Clients stand on the street with their luggage until precisely 15:00. There should be a sitting area inside the door where clients could sit waiting for their rooms to be available. Front units have a lot of noise from midnight until 6AM from the all night club across the street. Ear plugs are a necessity. The units are modern and well maintained and have a kitchenette. An in-room safe should be added. The area around the hotel is fantastic with shops, restaurants, stores and walking distance to Acropolis and other attractions. Units are priced right and we would stay there again in a rear unit. Cleaning staff are helpful and speak English. Richard from Canada.

The property was excellent! Clean. Good location. goid condition. In the Kitchen - if there will be more accessories, it will be awesome. The check in instructions can be easier if they will add fotos of the code pad and how to operate it.

Great apartment in the heart of syntagma. Clean, great service. Water and beers were a very nice surprise. Add some instructions for air conditioning. Beds comfortable. Bathroom very small.

The hotel is located in front of nightclubs and bars. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and it was impossible to rest and sleep for 3 days. The party starts at midnight and ends around 6 am. I think there should be more clarity about the location of the hotel. Yes it is true that it is close to Syntagma square which is a good location; but if it is important for you to be able to rest after a long day don't ever stay in that hotel

The room is not big but it was enough for me. The AC was working well which is important in Athens in July. There are cup plates and cuttlery. There is a fridge. Everything was good. The location is great. Easy to get to from the Airport by Metro line 3 and bus x95. Ermou street and Monastiraki Square are a few minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants cafés bars and supermarkets around.

Great location and good not to have keys with having pin locks. Apartment very clean and easy to relax. Very good sleep. Only criticism I would have are cooking utensils are very basic but I’d definitely stay again in one of the apartments

After sleeping in the property we got a lot of bites on our body We thought that might be mosquitos But after two days we doscovered it is something from the bed We discussed it with management and sent us a lady that changed the bed and a man of pest control that said that their is nothg but still we got bitten many times we heightened sleeping in that room amd we will never do it again

Brilliant location but not easy to find. Directions not very precise and I knew the area in Athens well. Likewise entry codes, not specific enough details. Did not mention after entering the numbers you then had to press hash key. Yes it was lit up but the whole pad was. Good thing we were not easily thwarted. The apartment itself was great. Very modern setting. Met our needs for location and self catering. Would recommend.

Family vacation with three little kids. Apartment was new “remote” check in and access concept for me but I ended up really liking this. After sharing my party’s passport information, I received detailed instructions, and codes for entering the building/rooms. Had a beautiful view of Parthenon from our personal 1 of 3 balconies. Even had a little cubbie in the wall that the kids loved hiding in.

In accordance with our reservation, we expected to gain access to our apartment at 3 p.m. However, upon our arrival, we encountered issues with the entry codes, resulting in us waiting outside on the road until 4:30 p.m. During this time, we observed that the staff was cleaning the three apartments. Despite paying for apartment 4.2, we were given apartment 2.3, which was smaller, and we did not receive a refund for the price difference. Furthermore, instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience caused, we were met with a very hostile attitude from the staff.

We ordered a cot for our kid. They provide us with a cot but it couldn't placed next to our bed. We contacted the property to provide is with an apartment that should be easy to place the cot next to us. They gave us with the option to go to another location if theirs, after 5 hours of hustle, and to charge us additional money insteadof havingthe decency to bear the cost. The elevator could not fit the stroller and we had to take shifts with my wife in order to fit in. One of us to carry the kid and the other to curry the stroller. For a single parent it would have been a total nightmare. The service is by far the worst i seen in all my travels to various cities and countries.

The location was excellent and Amenities was very good but sadly the one thing wrong with this place and some would consider it important is the fact that they allow street concerts to take place right outside on the street outside the building. This could be any night of the week and it goes on till very late and the music is like it's in your room. If you're a young person who wants to enjoy the concert it's all good but if you want to sleep at night this is a problem.

Our stay started well, but quickly turned into a nightmare. Initially, we encountered a minor inconvenience with the smart lock system, which required online check-in and document uploads. This information should be in the property description. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a good location, with nice complimentary drinks. However, on the second day, we returned to find our luggage tampered with, bedding removed, and drawers open. Another family was robbed on the same day. While we didn't lose valuables, it left us feeling unsafe and wasted a day reporting to the police. The issue isn't isolated; similar incidents are in reviews. Olala's security system seems flawed. Their customer support was unhelpful, and the local representative didn't contact us. No compensation was offered. They blame guests for not locking doors, but their guest manual contradicts this. Are they giving false information deliberately? They claim police caught the thieves, but how did they enter, with corridor camera recordings? Why more incidents if thieves were caught?
