It was hard to get in touch with the property owner to confirm the arrival time, since the contact information was not available on the reservation and the owner/management never contacted us to connect. We had to reach out to the Orbitz customer service in order to get in touch with the owner. Overall, the property is amazing and check in was very easy and efficient. Will definitely stay there again.
