"Communication before check-in was difficult. I sent my arrival information in advance but did not receive a timely response and had trouble reaching the property. The room was spacious, but there was a noticeable odor coming from the trash can. I also observed a significant number of dead insects outside the building and a strong insecticide smell around the property that could be noticed indoors as well. There was also confusion regarding the airport transportation that was advertised, which created an inconvenience during my stay. While the property has many positive reviews, my experience was disappointing due to the communication issues, cleanliness concerns, and strong chemical odors. Prospective guests may wish to consider these factors when making a reservation."
