"The manager, Mr. Patel (he told me that was his name) was very sweet and cordial. He originally gave me a room on the second floor, but when I told him that I was unable to climb the stairs very well, he reassigned me a room on the first floor for no additional charge. The young lady in the office when I checked out was equally as nice."
