A teacup was left dirty but turned down Why should I be required to deposit £50 for security because I didn't book directly from the hotel? Not good to me."

"Great value and 5 minutes walk to carpark. Roof sky bar on 25th floor is very good with fantastic views !!!!!! When it’s open!!!!! Came back from a show at the Hippodrome Theatre (15 minutes away) and the bar was closed, this was 11pm on a Thursday evening. Not happy and nowhere else to go locally."
