"I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "

Inside allright, but Cleaning lady had short notice before we arrived and so did only the essentails.On the brights side:In the end everything was working, eventually we even found some food for the cat (!)Very quiet.Good that we met the neighbour while searching for the place.
